PB & J Yogurt

A small bowl of PB & J yogurt

This might be a bit grandiose to be called a “recipe”, but when feeding the baby I’ve stumbled upon a decent combination that he seems to enjoy that I’ve been calling “PB & J Yogurt”.

  • 1 cup (~225g) Stonyfield Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt 1
  • 1 tbsp (32g) Creamy Peanut Butter

  1. Chop fruit as finely as desired. If feeding to a baby who cannot chew effectively, mash up fruit.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, stir until homogeneous.

I usually do not measure this out or make a large bowl of it, I just mix ingredients to taste and consistency.

  1. This is the only brand and flavor of yogurt I’ve tried it with, but I suspect any kind of yogurt would work with this, and that fruit-flavored yogurts might even work better. ↩︎
